The treatment is recommended for those with dark lips or uneven lip color. The exclusive pigments are injected onto the lips to neutralize the original dark lip color. It can give the lips a healthy appearance and achieve brighter, lighter, and even-toned lips. It also makes the lips more colorful even with light-toned lip makeup.

Semi-permanent Sexy Lips uses more than 15 color pigments to mix colors, giving customers more lip color choices. Semi-permanent makeup artists will first analyze and make any adjustments necessary based on skin tone, lip color and age. Even if the same color pigment is used, the end result varies depending on the base color of the natural lips color.

Before treatment:
Drink plenty of water 2 to 3 days before treatment. Moisten your lips with a warm towel for 3 to 5 minutes and exfoliate your lips by removing dead skin from your lip the night before the treatment. Do not apply colored or color-changing lipstick 2 to 3 days before treatment. If you are more prone to develop mouth ulcers or have had cold sores before, please contact us in advance.

After treatment:
Do not eat for two hours after treatment. Use a straw if you need to drink water.
*1 to 2 hours after the treatment, the treated area may appear red, and feel slightly hot and painful. In order to reduce the situation, an ice pack can be applied to relieve the discomfort.
*Prevent the treated area from contacting water for 3 days. Avoid using the cleansing products and makeup removers for 7 days. Do not rub the treated area to avoid wound inflammation.
*Avoid wearing lip makeup for 7 days.
*If there is any peeling, try to let it fall off naturally in order to achieve the best color retention.
*Avoid any strenuous or outdoor activities, such as sauna, swimming, going to sea, for 7 days after the treatment.
*The semi-permanent makeup treatment will cause extremely small wounds, intake of alcohol, seafood, spicy or irritating food are not recommended for 3 days after the treatment.
*For those who receive the treatment for the first time, some of the color pigments may fall off after peeling, which is a normal phenomenon. There is no need to worry about it because the skin cycle is about 28 days, the color will gradually appear and the pigments are stabilized. It is recommended to have the touch-up session after 1-2 months.

FAQs

The effect may vary depending on one’s metabolic rate. Under normal circumstances, the lip color will fade about 30-40% of the natural lip color between 1 to 2 years. A touch-up session may be required to maintain the color.

The lips will most likely be swollen in the first 24 hours after treatment, and will gradually go down in the next 2-3 days.

The treatment is recommended for those with super pale lips, dark lips, or if you want to enjoy a beautiful lip color without using lipstick all the time.

Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, keloid, pregnancy, major illnesses, poor immune system, skin,coagulation disorder, emotional problems, perfectionism, taking medication (retinoic acid, metabolic drugs, etc.)
