FAQs

“Air Brush Brows ” is a minimally invasive treatment. To adapt the brows easily after the first treatment, it is recommended that the pigment color used should be lighter for the first time so that the customers can have more room for adjustment next time. The color will be 30%-50% lighter after the first treatment. If touch-up sessions occur within 1-2 months, the color pigments are more stabilized and long lasting.

The differences are the needles used, the color pigments, the procedures and the depth of the needle piercing of the skin. The experience and aesthetics of semi-permanent makeup artists also directly affect the final effect.

It is recommended to choose a cooler color pigment/reduce the amount of warm brown while mixing the colors.
Don’t expect your eyebrow to look too dark or solid, otherwise the treated area will become darker/excessive skin damage will cause fading or pigmentation.
After receiving the eyebrow treatment, it is not recommended to expose yourself to sunlight and apply skincare products containing whitening ingredients to the treated area. This is to avoid chemical reactions with the pigment and causing the eyebrows to turn red.

  1. Selection of color pigments (also the main reason for most cases)
The color pigments used in the traditional eyebrow tattooing are basically coffee-colored pigments (mixed with 70% red, 20% yellow, and 10% black). As time goes by, the black/yellow pigments are metabolized first. The red pigments are relatively larger and can’t be metabolized easily. The precipitation of red pigment is left and causes red eyebrows.
  2. Wrong operating methods
The improper tattooing techniques of the eyebrow tattoo artist can cause skin damage and pigmentation. The red eyebrows are difficult to completely remove even with a laser.
  3. Whitening ingredients in skincare products
The chemical reaction occurs between the whitening ingredients in the daily use of skincare products and the pigments, causing the eyebrows to turn red.
